At Jeza Boutique, we calculate and include these taxes in our displayed prices to provide transparency and convenience. When you purchase an item listed at $100, that $100 already includes the GST and QST—no surprises at checkout.

We ship within Canada. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout and are separate from product prices. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

All items purchased from Jeza Boutique are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Period

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, intimate apparel, and personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

5.3 Return Process

5.4 Refunds
